Human Resources Advisor

Description

An HR Advisor position is available within a company based in Laval. The selected candidate will act as a key resource for managers, providing support in employee relations, labour standards compliance and talent development. This generalist role covers the full spectrum of human resources activities.

Responsibilities

  • Advise managers on HR best practices and labour legislation
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned positions
  • Coordinate the onboarding and integration of new employees
  • Administer employee benefit and group insurance programs
  • Participate in updating HR policies and procedures
  • Support disciplinary processes and workplace investigations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or industrial relations
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role
  • Good knowledge of Quebec labour standards
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bilingual French and English
