An HR Advisor position is available within a company based in Laval. The selected candidate will act as a key resource for managers, providing support in employee relations, labour standards compliance and talent development. This generalist role covers the full spectrum of human resources activities.
Responsibilities
- Advise managers on HR best practices and labour legislation
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned positions
- Coordinate the onboarding and integration of new employees
- Administer employee benefit and group insurance programs
- Participate in updating HR policies and procedures
- Support disciplinary processes and workplace investigations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or industrial relations
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role
- Good knowledge of Quebec labour standards
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Bilingual French and English
