Sales Director

Description

A Sales Director position is available with a company on Montreal’s North Shore. The person hired will lead the sales team and develop strategies to grow revenue, expand market share and strengthen client relationships. This role requires a results-driven leader with a proven track record in B2B sales management within a manufacturing or distribution environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the annual sales strategy and revenue targets
  • Lead, coach and develop the sales team to achieve individual and team goals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments
  • Manage key client relationships and strategic accounts
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and prepare forecasts and reports
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations and product teams on go-to-market strategies
  • Negotiate major contracts and partnerships

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of B2B sales experience including 5 years in management
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong negotiation, presentation and leadership skills
  • Bilingual French and English
