We offer our clients a structured, proven and collaborative methodology. Each mandate is carried out in a systemic way and we consider executive search to be a team effort.
Here is an overview of our research methodology, in five distinct steps:
- A thorough analysis of the needs, culture and structure of the client company is essential.
- The profile analysis provides a detailed description of the position to be filled, the profile of the ideal candidate and a statement of the expectations and objectives for the candidate.
- For us, each mandate is unique. Also, it is important to develop a project-specific strategy for each of them that will allow you to choose the best candidates for your company.
- A structured market study is undertaken on each mandate. We draw up a list of companies where potential candidates are located, establish a search in our national bank of candidates. We also use all appropriate advertising media for the positions to be filled.
- Our consultants interview qualified candidates and provide a written assessment of each candidate. We take references and assist our clients in negotiating the final agreement with the successful candidate.
