HR Business Partner

Description

An HR Business Partner position is currently open within a growing company on Montreal’s North Shore. The HRBP will serve as the main point of contact for managers across multiple departments, providing strategic and operational support in workforce management. This role combines advisory services, management coaching and contributions to structural HR projects.

Responsibilities

  • Support managers in the daily management of their teams
  • Actively participate in staffing and new employee onboarding processes
  • Contribute to the development of skills development programs
  • Support disability case management and return-to-work processes
  • Advise on the interpretation and application of HR policies
  • Participate in organizational restructuring and workforce planning projects
  • Conduct workplace climate analyses and recommend improvement actions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or industrial relations
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR generalist or business partner
  • Good knowledge of labour standards and employment legislation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • CHRP designation an asset
