Job Description: Plant Manager – Manufacturing (Greater Montreal)
BC Ressources humaines, a Quebec-based executive search firm and headhunter in Montreal, is supporting a client with the recruitment of a Plant Manager for their operations in the manufacturing sector. This executive mandate addresses a strategic growth or transformation need. The position offers direct exposure to senior leadership and an active role in major decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the daily activities of the Plant Manager function, coordinating internal teams and external partners.
- Structure processes, KPIs and reporting for senior management.
- Contribute to executive committees and represent the function in cross-functional projects.
- Deploy leading practices from the Quebec and international markets.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable Quebec and Canadian legal and regulatory requirements.
Candidate Profile
- University degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience in a role of similar scope.
- Minimum seven to twelve years of progressive experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership, communication and strategic governance skills.
- Functional bilingualism (French-English) required for interaction with head office and international partners.
