Description
We are looking for a Senior Compensation Advisor to join a company located on Montreal’s North Shore. This role involves analyzing, designing and managing compensation programs to attract and retain talent. You will play an advisory role to HR and management teams on all matters related to total rewards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct salary surveys and market competitiveness analyses
- Develop and maintain salary scales and compensation grids
- Manage the annual salary review and performance bonus processes
- Ensure internal pay equity compliance and produce required reports
- Advise managers on job classification, promotions and salary adjustments
- Participate in designing short and long-term incentive programs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, finance or actuarial science
- Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits
- Solid knowledge of pay equity legislation
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with HRIS systems
- CCP designation an asset
