Description
A VP Information Technology position is available with an organization based in Ville St-Laurent. This executive role involves defining and executing the IT strategy, overseeing infrastructure, cybersecurity, software development and digital transformation initiatives. You will report to the CEO and serve as a key member of the executive committee.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the organization’s IT strategy and digital roadmap
- Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity and cloud services
- Lead ERP implementation and digital transformation projects
- Manage the IT department budget and vendor relationships
- Ensure data security, business continuity and disaster recovery planning
- Build and develop a high-performing IT team
- Advise the executive team on technology investments and innovation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT or engineering; MBA an asset
- Minimum 15 years of IT experience including senior leadership roles
- Proven experience with ERP implementations and digital transformation
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance
- Bilingual French and English
