Description
An Executive Assistant position is available with a company in the Laval-Montreal area. The person hired will provide high-level administrative support to the President and senior executives. This role demands discretion, exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage confidential information while juggling competing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Manage the President’s calendar, travel and meeting logistics
- Prepare board meeting materials, agendas and minutes
- Draft executive correspondence and confidential documents
- Coordinate special projects and cross-departmental initiatives
- Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders
- Organize corporate events and executive offsite meetings
Requirements
- College diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting C-level executives
- Exceptional discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms
- Bilingual French and English, both spoken and written
