Executive Assistant

Description

An Executive Assistant position is available with a company in the Laval-Montreal area. The person hired will provide high-level administrative support to the President and senior executives. This role demands discretion, exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage confidential information while juggling competing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the President’s calendar, travel and meeting logistics
  • Prepare board meeting materials, agendas and minutes
  • Draft executive correspondence and confidential documents
  • Coordinate special projects and cross-departmental initiatives
  • Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders
  • Organize corporate events and executive offsite meetings

Requirements

  • College diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting C-level executives
  • Exceptional discretion and ability to handle confidential information
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms
  • Bilingual French and English, both spoken and written
