In a constant process of innovation and with the desire to further improve the engagement and satisfaction of its customers, our client is looking for a visionary leader to join its management team as Vice President of Information Technology (IT). This strategic role will be essential to deliver key initiatives related to digital transformation; This will include using technological levers to offer exceptional customer experiences. The VP IT will be responsible for refining existing IT processes, driving the development of innovative IT solutions and ensuring a smooth integration of new technologies to improve our interactions with customers.

  • Oversee the introduction of cutting-edge technologies as well as various infrastructure projects.
  • Optimising… not only our partnerships with various independent vendors such as Expert Logic or SolidWorks, but also using Unreal Engine to increase our overall efficiency – all of which contribute to a premium user experience.
  • Drive the internal development of software specific to electronic products – including IoT.

    … Propose pragmatic solutions to the problems encountered; ensure continuous technical support for our IT systems.

Manage human resources such as equipment, licenses or external consultants; skillfully negotiate IT partner contracts…

Implement robust performance indicators aimed at continuous improvement IT processes/systems.

Requirements:

A minimum BAC+3 university degree in the field of computer science or information technology is required. An additional master’s degree (MBA or similar) will be a definite asset.

Significant experience required: at least 10 years in various responsible positions within the IT sector, including a minimum of 5 years in executive or similar functions.

Proven leadership skills are essential to lead complex projects involving internal/external resources…

Proven expertise in driving significant digital changes: IT modernization & adoption of nascent technologies such as AI/IoT/cloud computing is paramount.

In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructures: system architecture/network components/cloud solutions/software companies are non-negotiable.

Developed analytical acuity, combined with problem-solving skills, will greatly help identify opportunities/networks, risks/management, continuous improvement, IT operations.
