Description
Our client, a manufacturing company located in Monteregie, is looking for a Human Resources Director to lead all HR operations. This role encompasses talent management, labour relations, internal policy development and supporting company growth. Reporting directly to the President, you will be a strategic partner in organizational decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full HR function including recruitment, training and labour relations
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with business objectives
- Manage the compensation and benefits structure
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour legislation
- Drive organizational development and change management initiatives
- Support managers with coaching, conflict resolution and performance management
- Prepare and manage the HR department budget
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, industrial relations or related field
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience including 5 years in a management role
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of Quebec and Canadian labour laws
- Bilingual French and English
