Human Resources Director

Description

Our client, a manufacturing company located in Monteregie, is looking for a Human Resources Director to lead all HR operations. This role encompasses talent management, labour relations, internal policy development and supporting company growth. Reporting directly to the President, you will be a strategic partner in organizational decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full HR function including recruitment, training and labour relations
  • Develop and implement HR policies aligned with business objectives
  • Manage the compensation and benefits structure
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labour legislation
  • Drive organizational development and change management initiatives
  • Support managers with coaching, conflict resolution and performance management
  • Prepare and manage the HR department budget

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, industrial relations or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience including 5 years in a management role
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong knowledge of Quebec and Canadian labour laws
  • Bilingual French and English
