Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all operations related to the project, scrupulously ensure that the schedule is respected and ensure a smooth progress of the site.
- Guarantee the conformity of the work carried out.
- Assume the administrative and financial follow-up of the project(s) in progress.
- Contribute to the preparation of compensation requests for additional work.
- Be actively involved in estimating new projects.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Holding a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering is a considerable asset.
- Demonstrate excellent negotiation skills.
- Know how to work under pressure while maintaining efficiency and rigor.
- Demonstrate methodical organization and impeccable strategic planning.
- Meeting the imposed deadlines, a crucial aspect for the success of the project.
