Plant Manager

- In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.

- Experience in budget management and cost control.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with different departments and negotiate with suppliers.
Training and qualifications
A degree in industrial engineering, business administration, or production management is usually required. An MBA or certification in industrial management is an asset. Strong experience in operations management is essential to access this position.
Salary and working conditions
The average salary of a plant manager in Quebec ranges from $115,000 to $150,000 CAD per year, with performance bonuses. The position requires a high level of availability, particularly during periods of high activity or in the event of an operational emergency.
