For more than 15 years, as a Human Resources Director, Consultant or Certified Executive Coach in Leadership Development, Ginette has been working in the recruitment of managers, executives and professionals in the service and manufacturing industry. This is particularly true in finance-insurance, communications, engineering, production, logistics, maintenance, quality, health, safety and environment, aeronautics, food, pharmaceuticals, transport, tourism, automotive and human resources. She has a strong expertise in team management and the development of innovative recruitment strategies.
She also established an executive/professional search firm in Florida, where she recruited numerous positions nationally and internationally.
